Stockholm is one of my favorite European cities. Apart from its breathtaking location (it is often referred to as “Venice of the North”), it is home to top-notch museums (eg. Moderna Museet), a picture-perfect old town, an impressive palace, the best vegetarian restaurant in Scandinavia (Hermans), the world’s most delicious pancakes, my home away from home (Hotel J in Nacka Strand), and of course, quirky Södermalm!

Also check out Gothenburg, it’s known to be more open and friendly than Stockholm and also has a really nice atmosphere , cute locations and next to the water :)
